Chino Hills mandir celebrates America’s semiquincentennial anniversary

A Hindu temple in Chino Hills held celebrations to mark the 250th anniversary of American independence. The event at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir featured cultural performances and a flag-raising ceremony.

The semiquincentennial observance included prayers for the nation and speeches highlighting the contributions of Indian Americans to the United States. Organizers said the event aimed to honor both American heritage and Hindu traditions.
