The acquisition adds a dedicated Europe corridor to Manifest's education platforms, which already serve students in other regions. EduGo brings partnerships with more than 280 universities across 18 European countries and places about 1,000 students each year, mainly from western India.
Top destinations for EduGo students include France, Spain, Germany, Italy and Ireland. The diversified footprint reduces reliance on any single market, a contrast to traditional study destinations.
The move comes as Indian student demand for European education grows, driven by lower tuition fees and more favorable post-study work visa policies. At the same time, the United States and the United Kingdom have tightened their visa regulations, making them less accessible.
Under the deal, EduGo gains access to Manifest's artificial intelligence tools and global network. In return, Manifest expands its options for students and university partners across Europe.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
