Patel's promotion comes as McCarthy continues to expand its portfolio in sectors such as healthcare, education, and transportation. The company has been involved in major projects including the renovation of the Los Angeles International Airport and the construction of the Texas Medical Center.
In his previous role, Patel led the company's strategic planning and innovation efforts. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
