Rishabh Khemka, a seasoned finance executive, has been named chief financial officer of TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services. The appointment takes effect immediately, according to a company announcement.

Khemka brings over two decades of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and investor relations. He previously served as CFO at several technology and business services firms, where he led financial planning, capital allocation, and M&A activities.

In his new role, Khemka will oversee TaskUs's global finance operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial planning. He will also drive the company's AI-focused strategy, which aims to integrate artificial intelligence into its service offerings to enhance efficiency and client value.

TaskUs CEO said in a statement that Khemka's financial expertise and strategic insight will be instrumental as the company continues to scale and invest in AI capabilities. The CEO added that Khemka's leadership will help TaskUs deliver long-term shareholder value.

Khemka holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He succeeds a former CFO who departed earlier this year.
