TaskUs, a provider of digital outsourcing services, has appointed Rishabh Khemka as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately. Khemka, an Indian American finance executive, will oversee the company's financial operations and play a key role in advancing its AI-focused strategy.
Khemka joins TaskUs from the global investment firm KKR, where he served as a partner and co-head of the technology services sector within the Americas Private Equity team. During his tenure at KKR, he worked closely with management teams to drive operational improvements and value creation in technology-enabled services companies.
In his new role, Khemka will be responsible for TaskUs's financial planning, capital allocation, and investor relations. The company said his appointment underscores its commitment to integrating artificial intelligence into its service offerings while maintaining financial discipline.
TaskUs CEO Jaswinder Chadha welcomed Khemka, citing his deep experience in technology and business services. The company expects Khemka's leadership to help it navigate the evolving market and deliver sustained long-term value for shareholders.
Khemka's appointment comes as TaskUs continues to expand its AI capabilities, aiming to enhance efficiency and client outcomes. He succeeds the interim CFO and will report directly to Chadha.
