The platform, developed by eazyPetition, targets standard filings such as the I-129 for nonimmigrant workers, I-140 for immigrant petitions, I-485 for adjustment of status, and I-131 and I-765 for travel and employment authorization. It automatically populates the forms based on user inputs and generates print-ready documents that meet USCIS formatting requirements.

According to the company, the system is designed to reduce errors and save time for both individual applicants and legal professionals. Users answer a guided questionnaire, and the AI cross-checks the data against form instructions to flag inconsistencies or missing information before the PDF is produced.

eazyPetition says the tool is not intended to replace attorneys but to assist them with routine paperwork, allowing them to focus on more complex legal issues. The company plans to expand the platform to cover additional form types and updates as USCIS regulations change.

The launch comes amid growing interest in AI-powered legal tools, though immigration attorneys caution that automated systems must be carefully monitored to avoid costly mistakes. eazyPetition emphasizes that its platform is regularly updated to reflect current USCIS policies and form editions.
