The platform, which went live this week, targets standard filings such as the I-129 for nonimmigrant workers, the I-140 for immigrant petitions, the I-485 for adjustment of status, and the I-131 and I-765 for travel and work authorization. Users answer a guided questionnaire, and the system automatically populates the forms and assembles the required supporting documents into a print-ready packet.

eazyPetition says the tool is designed for individuals and small businesses that cannot afford traditional legal representation. The company claims its AI reduces preparation time from hours to minutes and flags common errors that lead to requests for evidence, though it does not provide legal advice or replace an attorney.

The launch comes as U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services faces persistent backlogs, with processing times for many employment-based petitions stretching over a year. By automating the paperwork, eazyPetition hopes to help applicants avoid costly mistakes that can delay their cases further.

The service is available immediately on the company's website, with pricing starting at a flat fee per filing. eazyPetition plans to expand its form library in the coming months to cover additional USCIS applications, including naturalization and family-based petitions.
