Community Gathers for Annual Picnic

The event, held at Mercer County Park, drew an estimated 800 people from across the tri-state area.

Attendees enjoyed traditional Indian cuisine, including biryani, samosas, and gulab jamun, prepared by local volunteers.

Organizers arranged games such as cricket, tug-of-war, and a three-legged race for children and adults.

The picnic also featured a cultural program with classical dance performances and a Bollywood music playlist.

Proceeds from ticket sales will support community scholarships for Indian American students.
