Diwali 2026

The celebration will feature a cultural program including traditional Marathi music and dance performances, followed by a dinner. Organizers expect the event to draw families from across the Triangle area and beyond.

Registration for the event will open on the MMTB website in September 2026. Members will receive early access to tickets, with general admission available to the public starting October 1.

MMTB, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Marathi language and culture in the region, also operates a Marathi language school and hosts several other cultural events throughout the year.

Volunteers are being sought to help with event planning and day-of coordination. Those interested can contact the organization through its website or at its monthly board meetings.
