Indian American Dr. Arabinda Pani Named CMO at HCA Houston Kingwood

Dr. Arabinda Pani has assumed the role of Chief Medical Officer at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, effective immediately. The hospital is part of the HCA Houston Healthcare system serving the Lake Houston region.

In his new position, Pani will oversee clinical quality initiatives and hospital administration. He brings two decades of medical experience to the role, including previous leadership positions in healthcare organizations.

Pani earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. His clinical background includes work in internal medicine and hospital medicine, with a focus on patient safety and quality improvement.

The appointment comes as HCA Houston Kingwood continues to expand its services in the growing northeast Houston area. The hospital has been serving the community since 1986.
