Indian-American Community Mourns Nimil Peethamabaran

Nimil Peethamabaran, a member of the Indian-American community, passed away in April. Friends and family have been sharing memories of her life and contributions.

Community members described her as a dedicated volunteer who organized cultural events and supported local charities. She was known for bringing people together through festivals and fundraisers.

A memorial service was held in early May, attended by hundreds. Speakers recalled her warmth and commitment to preserving Indian traditions in the diaspora.

Peethamabaran is survived by her husband and two children. The family has requested donations to a scholarship fund in her name.
