The scholarship is open to students of Indian origin residing in the United States who are pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence and financial need.
Each recipient will receive a one-time award of $5,000, which can be used for tuition, fees, or other educational expenses. The scholarship is funded by the Diaspora Media Alliance, a nonprofit organization supporting the Indian American community.
Interested students must submit their applications by March 15, 2026. Required materials include a completed application form, academic transcripts, a personal statement, and two letters of recommendation.
A selection committee will review all applications and announce the winners by May 1, 2026. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years, provided recipients maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 and continue to meet eligibility criteria.
