DMA Hosts Onam 2026 Celebration

The Dallas Malayalee Association (DMA) will hold its annual Onam celebration in 2026, organizers announced. The event is scheduled to take place at the Irving Convention Center on September 12, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Attendees can expect a full day of cultural programs including traditional dance performances, music, and a grand feast featuring authentic Kerala cuisine. The celebration will also include a flower carpet competition and games for children.

Tickets are priced at $25 for adults and $10 for children under 12. Early bird discounts are available until August 15. DMA members receive a $5 discount on adult tickets.

Proceeds from the event will support DMA's community initiatives, including scholarships for local students and cultural preservation programs. Volunteers are needed for setup and coordination; interested individuals can sign up on the DMA website.
