Frost & Sullivan Appoints Dr. Vinod Aggarwal Chief Economist

The appointment, effective immediately, was announced on August 3, 2026. Dr. Aggarwal brings over two decades of collaboration with the firm to his new position.

In his role, Dr. Aggarwal will lead the company's economic research and analysis, providing insights to guide clients' growth strategies. He will also contribute to the firm's thought leadership on global economic trends.

Dr. Aggarwal is a professor of political science at the University of California, Berkeley, where he holds the Alann P. Bedford Chair in International Relations. He is also the director of the Berkeley APEC Study Center.

His research focuses on international political economy, with a particular emphasis on Asia-Pacific trade and investment. He has authored or edited numerous books and articles on these topics.
